The mental load

You know this list.
Nobody else does.

  • The summer camp research
  • The new clothes because they grew again
  • The teacher's email about the permission slip
  • The wellness checks: pediatrics and the dentist
  • The birthday gifts
  • The aftercare logistics
  • The fact that you are low on lunches
  • The calendar that only exists in your head

None of that appears on any shared list. Nobody gave it to you. You just became the one who tracks it.

What The Edit is

Not a workshop.
Not a networking event.
Not another thing to optimise.

A room where real things get said out loud. Where you hear another woman name exactly what you have been feeling. Where you leave with something you can actually use the next morning.

You will sit with a small group of women, write down what you are carrying, and talk through questions that go somewhere real. Most women leave having said something they have never said out loud before.

Then you will learn a simple framework for the next time the load tries to expand. You will close the evening by making one specific commitment, said out loud, to the room, with witnesses. One thing. Named. Yours.

The evening

Here is exactly what happens in 90 minutes.

02
You say it out loud.
In a small group of four or five women, with three questions that go somewhere real. This is where women discover they are not alone in what they have been silently carrying.
03
You learn one practical tool.
Simple enough to use the next morning. Built for the moment something tries to land in your lap. Not a system. Three words.
04
You make one commitment.
Specific. Written down. Said out loud in front of the room. One thing you are putting down. With a date and a witness.
05
A closing ritual.
The evening closes with a ritual, and informal time to stay and keep talking. What happens between these women stays in this room.
What you take home
Language for the exhaustion you could not name
Clarity on what is yours to carry and what is not
One doable change, written down, with a date
A tool for the next time the load tries to expand
The Mental Load Reset worksheet the next morning
A room of women who understand what you came in carrying
Is this for you?

This evening was built
for a specific woman.

You feel like the only one who sees the full picture at home.

You are capable, reliable, and quietly exhausted.

You have tried the systems. They have not fixed the deeper thing.

You cannot remember the last time you did something that had nothing to do with your roles.

You sometimes think: I do not even know what life could look like outside of this fog.

"I would feel less angry. Less anxious. More present. I would be the kind of mother my kids remember as happy, not just capable."

Andi knows what it is like to sit in a meeting running a full agenda in your head that has nothing to do with the meeting. The teacher's email. The aftercare registration. The birthday presents. The meal plan.

She has been a working mother navigating that invisible list while leading teams, managing across countries, and building a career she cares about. She knows what it costs to be the one who holds everything together.

For the past ten years she has coached executives, senior leaders, and high-potential women globally. Most of them working mothers navigating the particular weight of being capable, reliable, and quietly running on empty.

She built The Edit because she needed a room like this one and could not find it.

Tonight is the beginning of choosing differently.

One more thing

This evening was built from what you said.

If you responded to Andi's survey earlier this year, thank you. You told her you were tired of carrying it all alone. That you would feel less angry, less anxious, more present if something shifted. That you wanted to be the kind of mother your kids remember as happy, not just capable.

I am ready. Reserve my spot.
